750W RMS Mini Class-D Amplifier PCB Layout
Elcircuit will share the PCB layout but not from us, so whether this amplifier works or not is still 50:50 but the actual schematic is working well. The circuit scheme was designed by Mr. Kartino Surodipo, this amplifier circuit is quite simple, using the LM311 IC as a comparator, and the level shifter uses a 2n5401 transistor, so this amplifier does not use a Logic IC like the half-bridge version of the d2k5 or d1k5 amplifier circuits.

Maximum power supply voltage at +90 0 -90 VDC
Uses 12VDC bias voltage
Comparator uses LM311
Gate driver uses IC IR2110/IR2113
Mosfet can use IRFP250 and IRFP4227. IRFP260, or IXYS 82N25
Easy to assemble and simple
Power output up to 750W RMS
Audio Input balance.

I do not 31df6 or df6 so that I had used mur460 at place of it with a 10r register. Please use a speaker protection circuit some time it produce some dc voltage on output.
