Tone Control Karaoke Gerber, Schematic, Layout

In this post, I will make a tone control that is suitable for karaoke and can even be used for both karaoke. Not only that, in this tone control the mic amplifier is made separately, meaning that the volume of mic 1 and mic 2 can be adjusted separately. As well as the input from the two mics, the bass and treble can be adjusted.

In addition to Mic 1 and Mic 2, this tone control has several settings including; Repeat, Echo, Music volume, Treble, Bass, and there is a Subwoofer feature too.

The echo IC used in this design still uses the PT2399 ic which is cheap and easily available on the market. Here is the complete schematic of the karaoke tone control:

Later this karaoke tone control mode can be changed as needed, if you need a stereo mode with a mix in subwoofer then the jumper on the subwoofer potentiate out can be connected. But if you need mode 2.1 jumpers that don't need to be connected, then you can take the subwoofer out at the sub out terminal directly.

Okay, further Tone control karaoke, The following is the appearance of the PCB that has been printed on PCBWay, unfortunately at the time of printing this PCB there has been no new service from PCBWay regarding the new solder mask so I can't order the solder mask yet. I have printed the solder mask in blue.

After all the components needed are available and complete, then install the components one by one until they are finished.

Then it's time for us to test this karaoke tone control, here I test using a 12-0-12 voltage from the transformer and the stereo mode output goes to the STK4231 II power amplifier input and is ready for karaoke
