12V to 220V AC PCB Layout Inverter Pure Sine Wave Low Freq Iron Transformer
Elcircuit will share the PCB layout of the Pure Sine Wave inverter EGS002 12V to 220V AC Low Freq using an iron transformer, the following is an overview of the layout of the EGS002 Pure Sine wave inverter which uses an iron transformer.
The PCB layout was designed by Andy Rpc, it is claimed that this inverter can produce power in the range of 600-800WATT with a power source from 12V Batteries. This Pure Sine wave inverter is a low freq version, using the EGS002 module.
The way the inverter works is quite simple, the voltage from the 12V battery is directly modulated by the EGS002 module circuit, becoming an SPWM signal, then it goes directly to the iron transformer, the iron transformer uses 2 inputs 0 and 7V, the iron transformer can use a disassembly from the UPS, so it can be easier to use. assemble it, after the voltage is increased by the transformer, then the output is passed through the filter capacitor and the output will be fed again to the EGS002 module, for feedback so that the output is more stable and can be set at 220V AC.

ReplyDeleteYou don't indicate where transformer wire and battery wire will be
ReplyDeleteGood day, thanks for the PCB layout, please what will be the XL6009E1 output. I mean what voltage should I set it to. Thanks
ReplyDeletene radi pn 9 ne treba da ide na minus nego na tfafo izlaz ,pin 8 i 10 trebaju zamjeniti mjesta
