SMPS Power Amplifier using 2 Mosfet Transistor
This is power supply circuit using the power amplifier, like before schematic circuit SMPS Gacun here: 10A 70V SMPS for Power Amplifier there are using 1 Mosfet N Channel. This power supply circuit is suitable for power amplifier circuit with big power, can be used for a power amplifier with 1000Watt or more power. The maximum voltage that can be set up is 75V with maximum ampere can reach 25Ampere. By using 2 mosfet Gacun SMPS can add their output power and also stronger for all types of amplifiers. Below for the circuit scheme:

C11= 47uF 50V
C12= 1N 400V
C13, C14, C15, C16= 1000uF 100V
D1,D4= Zener 9V1
D2, D3, D5, D6= 1N4148
D7= Zener 12V 500mW
D8, D9= MUR8060
BR1= Diode Bridge KBU4M
TR1= EMI Filter from TV PSU Circuit
TR2= Gacun Trafo MK201609
TR3= Primary Winding: 45Turns 0,6mm , Secondary Winding: 14Turns CT 14Turns 0,8mm. Core transformer using former tv power supply.
IC1= UC3843
Q1= IRFP460, K3911
Q2= IRFP460, K3911

ReplyDeleteBang wahyu eko saya sdh coba skema ini kok gak bisa ya saya coba awal tes keluaran mosfet i4dp460 kok tidak kelar daya out ya skema part sdh sesuai katanya ada yg bilang ini skema trial kalau full harus bayar apa betul mas wahyu eko
