1400 Watt High Mosfet Power Amplifier

This Power Amplifier based on Mosfet transistor , by using final transistor Mosfet IRFP250 10set this amplifier is very powerfull performance. Driver using MJE350. this power amplifier mosfet has ouput power about 1400W at 90VDC Voltage Supply. See mosfet power amplifier mono circuit :
